I recently had a root canal treatment performed by Dr. Li, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Dr. Li's expertise and gentle approach made the entire procedure virtually painless. Her attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort were evident throughout. After the root canal, Dr. Li fitted me with a dental crown.

The fit was perfect, and I experienced no discomfort at all. The crown looks and feels completely natural, and I am extremely happy with the results. I had a last-minute dental emergency and turned to Union Village Dental for help with a root canal procedure. They were able to accommodate me immediately, which initially seemed like a good sign. However, my experience quickly went downhill from there. The staff assured me that the procedure wouldn't be very expensive, but to my shock, I was presented with a bill totaling $1606 after undergoing a root canal.

This exorbitant cost was significantly higher than what I had paid for three root canals at another clinic in the past, where I received honest and affordable care. Reflecting on the situation, it became clear to me that the clinic's willingness to see me on short notice was likely due to a lack of appointments caused by a snowstorm that day. It seems they took advantage of my urgent need for treatment to make up for their loss of business, which is completely unethical. I find it disappointing that Union Village Dental prioritized profit over providing transparent and fair treatment to their patients.

I regret trusting them with my dental care and will not be returning in the future. I highly recommend seeking dental services elsewhere to avoid being overcharged and misled by this clinic.
