My actual dental experience at the clinic was fine. I was there for a consultation, and they did a decent job. The reason for my low rating is what transpired afterwards. I was in a lot of pain because I needed to get a root canal. Dr. Hadi and his staff recommended an out of network endodontist for my procedure. I asked if this would imply additional costs as opposed to an "in network" and Dr. Hadi said "No not necessarily".

Then, NO ONE told me that I could take their referral to another, potentially in-network endodontist. So I was under the impression I would have to get another consultation if I wanted to go somewhere else. Ended up going to their referral which was so expensive (they made me pay for the entire bill upfront and then less than 35% of the bill was covered by my insurance which came via check 4 weeks later). At best, Dr. Hadi's explanation of my options were careless. At worst, they were predatory. Would not recommend.

Edited 3/19/2025: your response was cute but we were not same day walk ins, I scheduled annual cleaning appointments for myself and my daughter 4 days ahead, so your lack of staff and time management is on you. It is not the patient's fault that you have a high turnnover rate, can't keep employees, and x-ray machines are always down. You say 14 days for x rays but Maria said you need a 30 day notice. I told her we were just there last week so how am I supposed to give you a 30 day notice. Sounds like your staff needs better training, 7-14 days and 30 days is a really big time difference.

Im glad your calls are recorded, so you can listen to Maria hang up on me when I was asking questions for clarification and understanding. There was no foul language used, she had no answers for me and I wouldn't take her genneric responses so she got flustered that she couldn't accurately answer my questions and hung up. BEWARE OF MEDICAL OFFICES THAT ONLY RESPOND TO POSITIVE REVIEWS AND DO NOT TAKE CARE OF COMPLAINTS. This place is a joke. Went for our annual cleanings and all we received was a treatment plan, did not provide a cleaning for myself or for my child.

I specifically made appointments for our ANNUAL CLEANING. I went back first, fast forward an hour and a half later and my daughter is still in the waiting room waiting to be called back. When I called to get our records sent elsewhere for competent service, I was told by Maria that the office is closed all week (how convenient) and then hung up on me.

I would leave a 10 star review if I could. Every visit has been wonderful. The dentist and staff are so professional and friendly, and they put me at ease every time. I have learned so much about dental health and how to properly take care of my teeth.

I can honestly say that I look forward to coming here. If you are like me and have been afraid to go to the dentist in the past, Unique Dental Spa will change your mind. Highly recommend.

I have had a pleasant experience so far with the clinic and staff as well. The office in its entirety is very clean. The staff provided welcoming entertainment. They are all very professional as well. I love the flexibility with their hours because they’re open on the weekend and it’s more convenient.

Doctor Hakami is also very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them. For someone who’s normally afraid of Dentist visits due to past trauma, i do appreciate such a pleasant place for care.
