I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff and atmosphere is so cold. The dentist, Kenneth Fried rushed in and out of the room, I didn’t even have enough time to ask all the questions I wanted! The worst person to encounter at this location is the office manager Wanda, she extremely rude and do not know how to talk to ppl. She purposely submitted a PA to my insurance incorrectly which caused it to be denied.

She talks tough on the phone but never available to speak face to face. The only person that was genuine and polite was the hygienist Lisa. Lisa was patient, kind, and thorough at doing her job. Thank you Lisa!

Don't waste your time going to this dentist, they are only interested in getting as much money as they can no matter what the situation is. In this particular situation the office manager called me because they wanted to charge a missed appointment fee. I was called the day of the appointment and told the insurance had lapsed and I would need to pay $600 dollars for the appointment. I told them I was not sent any notification that the insurance lapsed so the missed appointment was not my fault. If the insurance was active I would have made the appointment. She told me they can't make up for lost time because they could not get another patient in the chair because of my missed appointment.

I told her it's not my fault. She told me if I wanted to return to their office I would need to pay the missed appointment fee. I told her I would not be returning to them. Why would I return to an office when the office manager had the audacity to call me and tell me they were going to charge me a missed appointment fee when I confirmed I would be at the appointment. When I confirmed my appointment, if there were issues it should have been resolved before the day of the appointment. This office is only interested in getting money any way they can.

Do yourself a favor and patronize a dentist who is interested in the fair treatment of their patients instead of trying to collect a missed appointment fee under any circumstance. As if the only person time that is valuable is the dentist. If those assigned to make decisions on behalf of the dentist decide the nature of all the circumstances involved don't constitute a waiver of what is considered a missed appointment, then the office deserves bad reviews and missed opportunities to gain more business.
