The dental office was very welcoming. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and a young man named Diego was very nice and the young lady that did the cleaning she was also very friendly. Dr. Jones I like her very much she explained everything that’s going on with me. Everyone was very professional.

The ladies at desk were all very nice. My first cleaning was so abrupt and it hurt! My son said that the Mexican older lady was very rude and ignored the fact that he was getting hurt as the cleaning was being done. Nor him nor I, have ever gotten a cleaning in such an unprofessional manner, so fast and hasty and hurting us in the process. We were left speechless. I had to stick with them so I'm up for my next visit - the girl burns my lips because she's too lazy to do her job! She did lecture me tho! Of course she didn't tell anybody she burnt me.

Just tried to pass it off like it was my fault, I think. If you don't have to come here, don't. The way they all talk and go about performing their business is very chaotic to say the least! I have faith and I'm going to pray things get better for them to care for us in a more professional manner and actually care about their patients. I will pray that we as patients give them the courage, want, desire to want to do and be better!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Abraham and his hygienist, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Both Dr. Abraham and his hygienist were professional, friendly, and took the time to ensure I understood everything being done.

The entire process was smooth, and I felt confident in their care. It was my first visit, but certainly not my last! Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for excellent dental care. ( to add I was in a time crunch and already late for work they made sure my personal needs were met)

Start by telling your patients who you are and what procedures you are going to perform. Ask them if they would like to have the proper X-ray protection garment worn before initiating radiation activity, move your crockpot “autoclave” sterilization system out of the high traffic public space as it is at high risk of access to any type of contamination not to mention it looks terrible, improve the rapport of your staff by explaining that their jobs may be monotonous but the patient experience is individual as this is not something they do all day long so each experience should be as a new situation and not treated as business as usual, robotic , repetitive like we experience yesterday.

We had to beg to have procedures explained before being initiated! The worse dental visit I have ever experience in my life for my child and we will NEVER BE BACK. Had to ask every staff member their name after they already started to touch my child.

Also had to literally stop one staff member in mid air from inserting a tool into my child’s mouth uncovered and asked her to cover it with plastic sleeve! This place needs a federal/state audit or inspection ASAP!
