Before I start to compliment this place, please note that the total cost here could be 10% to 50% higher than a low-cost dental office, depending on the treatment/service that you are getting. With that said, I will claim that this is the best dental office I have ever had, even with costs taken into account. I will not mention some of the special accomendations that they made for me, but they are very caring and spent a lot of effort on improving my hedonic experience. I also will not enumerate the bad work that was done in my mouth in other places. I will just say that picking the right dentist is very important for those people who need professional intervention for their oral care. The best thing about Dr. Cheng is that he has a very high standard for his work. He uses tools that not many other dentists use. For example, he uses indicator to dye bacteria when doing a filling; he also uses isodry to do isolation, instead of a cotton roll. He requires the work to be as perfect as practically possible.

He also has high standard for his assistants and for himself to keep learning and improving. The next thing is that the folks here spend a lot of time with you. Everytime you walk in there, Dr. Cheng explains what the treatment plan is and what you can expect. The assistants are super friendly and they actually remember your past conversations. You are made very comfortable here. You might have impression that most people working in a dental office are generally friendly. They will take it to the next level. The last thing that I want to mention is integrity. Just like getting help from any other professionals - wealth managers, lawyers, real estate agents.

What happens is that the professionals know more than you and there could be potential conflict of interest. It took me about 10 to 15 visits to be confident to make a statement that Dr. Cheng is putting patient in front of himself. He tries to provide you with multiple treatment plans for you to choose from. He also does not try to sell you anything when you feel like a service could be expensive. It is really unwise for me post this review here. By unveiling the good quality of the work, I am getting more patients into the clinic. It might be harder for me to schedule a time that is convenient for me. But I think they deserve their fair share of word-of-mouth promotion.
