Had the most confusing interaction when I called to schedule an appointment. I was told that I was a no show for several appointments and they would not set an appointment for me. I have not called these people and set up any appointments.

They claim they spoke with me. They may have spoken to someone but it wasn't me. How can I miss appointments I never made? On top of that, I never received anything saying I had an appointment! I definitely do not recommend this place!

They just don’t greet you..it takes soooo long to get to a room then as your waiting 20 mins in the room they walk around you like you don’t exist. I miss the old staff will be switching dental offices. Male nurse was just so rude feeling it feels unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The dentist is already a scary place but to make it worse!! I would definitely like a call from corporate office, my name is Linda . Your front office should be EVERYTHING especially for New Patients. The staff at that desk should Never debate, argue or assume with the customer… Do a follow-up thoroughly investigate if people are insured AND NEVER give attitude because it may not be a pleasant outcome.

Staff Investigate before you assume and please don’t lie on the customer to make yourself look GOOD… This is for red hair lady (seleana) I think was her name, who insisted my son did not have delta dental and that I NEVER verified my sons insurance the evening before with youre company. It was verified and Dr. Joe was recommended why else would I be in your office?! I’m upset about lack of concern, urgency and not receiving an apology.

If you do not educate/orientate that front DESK!! You will loose business you just never know who your staff is disrespecting and who that customer may also know. Please speak to that front desk and yes my son will be returning but I expect compassion, professionalism at all times. In service your staff please!!

DANGER: Avoid Universal Dental at all costs! My recent experience was a nightmare. Despite clear X-rays showing a severely infected tooth, the dentist recklessly proceeded with an extraction, pumping me full of excessive anesthesia. The procedure was a disaster, leaving me with debilitating headaches and complications. What's even more appalling is the clinic's brazen admission to a "trial and error" approach to patient care. This is not medicine, it's experimentation on unsuspecting patients! The lack of accountability and blatant disregard for patient safety is staggering.

Don't risk your health and well-being at Universal Dental. Their negligence and incompetence are not worth the gamble. Take your business (and your teeth) elsewhere.
