I had two dental implants with Dr. Ramaha, it was a long journey, I started the procedure in Oct, 2023, the final stage putting the crown was done around June 2024. It took 8 mos. Bec the dentist just go to this Elgin clinic once an mos. Spending a couple of thousands, after a week, one of the implant fell off ( it's a good thing I did not swallow it) The second implant fell off on the third week. I have to wait more than a mos. to see the dentist.

I'm a practicing Psychiatrist, my comment, when they put the final crown it was an assistant. The dentist did not bother to check the implant. Now this is the 10th mos. of this journey. Then you will see ad that offer dental implant in 24 hours.

Have a lot of messed up teeth from a bad accident years ago. Been to quite a few dentists (mostly not so good ones). I got into Universal Dental in Elgin and so far things couldn't be better. Dr. Rumaha calmed my fears, numbed me up, and in a matter of a few minutes the cause of much pain and infection were gone. Been almost a month, mouth is healing well. Now just have to get the rest of my needed work done, which will hopefully be finished by the end of 2021.

A big thumbs up to all of the staff here for taking care of me so good. Update January 2025: Still a great dentist. Dr. Suzi and staff have been helping me navigate through all my dental woes with great, pain free work. Although dentures (or implants, come on Powerball) are sadly a certainty for me.
