Take to long on processing papers for approval on dentures already a month n still no call back not good

They took me a couple minutes early and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Every one was friendly, polite & courteous. I’d highly recommend them !

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service is horrible, and the dentists don’t know what they are doing. Instead, they just give false hopes. In December 2023, they stated I needed a crown. At the time, I did not have the money to afford it, so the front desk suggested I apply for CareCredit and guided me through the process. After I got CareCredit, I had my appointment a week later. When they put the crown in, it felt uncomfortable, and the dentist told me he needed to shave it down. He did so and put the crown back on, but it fell off a month later. I went back, and they put it on again and shaved it down more. Fast forward, the crown has fallen off 5-6 times within six months.

Every time I go there, they shave my teeth down and tell me everything is fine. I repeatedly voiced my concern, asking if it wouldn’t be better to remove the tooth, but the dentist insisted that it was not necessary. The last time my crown fell off, I told them I wouldn’t go through this anymore because there was clearly a deeper issue. The dentist screamed at me, insisting that this was the best course of action and told me to make another appointment at the front desk. Despite all this, they had the crown in their possession . I told the receptionist I wasn't making another appointment and would seek another dentist, requesting my crown back that I had paid for. The receptionist wrote a letter stating I was refusing their services and asked me to sign it. I refused, explaining that it had been six months and the service hadn’t been completed. She then tried to sign the letter herself. I had to call the police, and once they saw how the situation had escalated, they gave me my crown.

How can they keep something I’ve paid for and have proof of? She finally gave me my crown and gave me a referral stating the dentist recommended the tooth be removed. The dentist didn’t tell me this himself, but I was ready to leave this place. A week later, I made an appointment with another dentist. This dentist told me my tooth was infected. After all the shaving, my tooth was so low that she recommended extracting it and treating the infection. This explained why my tooth had been uncomfortable the whole time. The previous dentist had made it seem like the issue was the crown when it wasn’t. Please beware of this dentist, as they lie and don’t treat their patients right.

This place is soooo UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! After one hour waiting , I am told that doctor can't see me today and I have to come another day.
