MILLER made me feel so at home I’ve made this my permanent dentist office I just love them here !! Super nice and friendly and don’t make you feel any shame and goes above and beyond!!! I had a wonderful visit starting from the front door. The reception was completely patient due to me fumbling too find my insurance for over an hour and they still let me keep my appointment. Dr. Miller came and greeted me in the lobby and sat down next to me to learn about my past history when it came to my teeth care. That made me feel real safe and she also was very personable.

When they work in my mouth they took there time and was gentle and always checking in if I needed a break or was okay. I can tell there whole staff was full of knowledge and enjoyed what they do. This is coming from a person that don’t make to many trips to the dentist due to bad pass experiences. I can see myself trusting in this team of people to receive correct information without sugar coding it, but still feeling unbraces because I didn’t take care of my teeth.

I have been searching for my "dental home" for almost 4 years. I found it today when I visited University Modern Dentistry!! Every person I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, caring, and helpful! Ashley greeted me when I arrived and assisted me with efficiently handling paperwork, insurance estimates, scheduling additional appointments, and payment. Easy Peezy! Torey was meticulous when taking the numerous X-rays that were needed.

Raven was gentle and thorough as she examined my gums before the dentist, Dr. Octavia Miller arrived to go over the X-rays and examination findings. I knew ahead of time I had quite a bit of dental work that needed to be done.

She took her time to explain everything, patiently answered all of my questions, ensured me everything would be taken care of, and she'd do her best to save teeth if she could to keep expenses down and my mouth, teeth, and gums healthy. We also discussed options for the treatment plan. Never once did I feel rushed! They also a variety of options for financing! Music to my ears!! I highly recommend University Modern Dentistry! Give them a try! You'll be glad you did!!

I truly appreciated the way the entire team went above and beyond to take care of me. Even though I arrived late, there was no hassle or attitude—just kindness. Ashley made sure I was comfortable with a warm blanket, and although I was scheduled with Dr. Khan, Dr. Miller made time to see me despite being fully booked.

That level of care doesn’t go unnoticed. It meant a lot to feel so supported, especially after a rocky start with earlier scheduling issues. The way the team handled everything this time really turned things around and showed genuine compassion. Thank you all for making sure I had such a positive experience.
