I was experiencing TMJ issues, I had seen several specialists who gave me no solutions or answers. The pain was unbearable at times and I began to experience lock jaw. I finally switched practices and visited Dr. Warburton. I had my disc surgically stitched back into place by Dr. Warburton.

It changed my life. I am beyond grateful for the solution Dr. Warburton provided me and his professionalism throughout the process. I can finally eat and talk without experiencing debilitating pain.

I saw him a few years but can't forget my bad experience. He's not a nice individual but rather a rude, short tempered egomaniac. He extracted my tooth roughly and fractured the adjacent tooth. He would not acknowledge his heavy handedness but instead got mad at me for this complication.

What a nightmare. I am in pain in my jaw and it is causing vertigo. I was referred to Dr. Warburton for a joint replacement and called first to see if they took my insurance before my orthodontist sent over my records which they said they did, but when I called for scheduling I was told Dr. Warburton wasn’t accepting new patients but a resident doctor in the office could see me, with Dr. Warburton supervising and so I made the appointment which the first available was 6 months out. Then I went to the appointment which was an hour and a half away from my house, waited over an hour to go back in a room, and another hour to be seen, just to be told I need better imaging, and paid the $80 co-pay to see a specialist and Dr. Warburton did come in and gave his opinion which was jaw bone lengthening or a joint replacement, depends on the imaging. I made a return appointment for a month later, which they said should be plenty of time to get an MRI and cat-scan.

But turns out you also have to wait for months for imaging appointments and insurance clearance, so I had to cancel my appointment and was told call back when I get my images scheduled. I worried I’d have to wait 6 months again and they said that was only for new patients, they should be able to make me one when I have my images easily. Then after months of waiting for imaging appointments and fighting my insurance to pay, I called to make the new appointment and surprise, they were booking 3 months out for existing patients. All the images were sent to them by the imaging places, but they still told me to bring in a CD. THEN I got a bill in the mail that said I missed my appointment that I canceled because I didn’t have my images. They fixed that, but it gets worse. I come in the office again with my CDs (even though they had them already) and went back to the room much sooner this time and then waiting about 30 minutes before being seen by a new resident doctor and they looked at my images and said it looks like it’s the joint and I would probably need joint replacement so I needed to see Dr. Warburton. WHICH WHO I WAS ORIGINALLY REFERRED TO BUT THEY WOULDN'T LET ME SEE!!!! THIS IS 8 MONTHS SINCE BEING REFERRED! Also they had my images for months, and I had to drive an hour and a half for them and pay another $80 specialist co-pay for them to tell me to just make another appointment and come back again, when they could have saved all that and looked at the images without me coming in and said I need to see Dr.

Warburton. SO They let me book an appointment with Dr. Warburton, and guess what? Nothing is available for 2 months, so very annoyed I say okay make the appointment and leave. Then get a voice mail that Dr. Warburton doesn’t accepts my insurance and I can pay out of pocked $469 if I would want to see him and the surgery wouldn’t be covered. Even though back in December of 2023, I called the office to make sure they accepted my insurance!!!!!! The American healthcare system is a joke and this office is a joke and a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

In 2020 , I was diagnosed with slipped discs. After spending nearly 30 grand for mouth devices that supposed to fix my tmj, my last so called tmj specialist told me I need to get a surgery. He told me i ve bone erosion, my discs are slipped which was horrible according to him. Sent me to his friend who does not take insurance and surgery will cost nearly $60,000. Thankfully, i found Dr Warburton with some social media help. He looked all my mri, scans and everything and told me i dont have bone erosion. Slipped discs are not big deal in lot of cases, also as we get old joint will deteriorate.

He advised me to remove the mouth devices i was using. He also explained what my issue can be and showed me exactly what i need to do. Moving forward. I removed the devices, I had a terrible few weeks seems like due to adjustment of my jaw after using those devices for a long time. After few of months, i had significant reduction in my jaw pain. Eventually almost disappeared. I m 99% pain free .

My pain comes back when i m really stressed but nothing like what it was before. No facial pain, no debilitating migraines. If it wasnt for him, i would be in financial debt forever and get that very unnecessary surgery that I didn’t need. Dr Warburton is honest surgeon who values your well being instead of money. He is considered one of best facial surgeons nationwide who can perform total joint replacement surgery. I m forever thankful for him.
