DO NOT MAKE APPT! BEWARE! This was the worst experience ever! I had to wait a month to be seen and my appt was for yesterday at 12:45. It is very difficult to locate and took over 20 mins to find once in the hospital. To make it worse they were impossible to reach by phone for help with directions. It's like an endless maze.

But after the 1 hr ride there, dealing with terrible parking garages with construction, getting lost I made it there at 12:46. Miraculously. ONE MINUTE LATE! ONE! The woman at the desk proceeds to tell me that I should have come 15 mins earlier to do a bunch of paperwork but I was never told to come extra early. I pleaded with her to please help me get seen and she refused! I suffered with a swollen abscess for a mth waiting for the appt, took off work, made the hr drive, dealt with the parking and navigating my way to be there on time and being told I had to reschedule because I was literally ONE MINUTE LATE was like a punch in the face.

I will never reschedule with them and i will never ever refer anyone to them. If the dentist is as good as the woman at the front desk then maybe this was a blessing in disguise. 🤔

I love them! Everyone is nice, it's no frills, just show up on time, make sure you have all the documentation you need, and you receive great care. Montefiore has their own parking garage and it's easy to find and that was very important for me. The girls up front are nice and the hygienists, assistants, and dentists are so nice. Thank you guys!! Shayen T.

Terrible customer service and poor professionalism. The front desk lady gave me and my client attitude as soon as I walked in, because I was late. She didn’t even say hi and welcome, just reiterated to me several times that I was late. I’m never going to this place voluntarily. Hope she’s not rude to other customers. God bless.

I'm not really sure why this place has so many negative reviews. I've never had issues getting a call back and scheduling appointments. I just had my second appointment there today and got my next appointment scheduled for next month (and they had other times available that day). I hadn't been to the dentist in 6 years when I started going here. I was both nervous and embarrassed about how bad I thought my teeth might be.

Lisa, my dental hygienist, was fantastic. She's super friendly and made me feel comfortable and more confident that I could get my teeth back in ideal condition (without doing a crazy amount of dental work). Dr. Sabatelle is also highly recommended. He surgically removed a really bad broken tooth.

While I can't say that it was a enjoyable experience, he and his assistant made me feel comfortable the whole time and I didn't feel any pain throughout the procedure. I will definitely keep coming back and would certainly recommend this dental office to friends and family.
