The staff and dentists are always friendly when when we go there. I take 3 children under the age of 8 to this office. We get in and out in a timely fashion so that's why I drive the extra time to go here verses the hospital. They do good, clean work also!

At first I really liked this office. Didn’t need to walk all through the hospital or pay to park. The lady at the front desk was fine. As soon as we go in the back, the hygienist instantly was like I’d appreciate if you didn’t take pictures of me. Ok , first of all why would I want a picture of you ?! So, it was the first time my son sat in the big dentist chair-so I was taking a picture of him and she said it again! I said I’m taking a picture of MY SON. That was the first issue. Then the dentist came in.

She was nice at first then said something about my kid being difficult the last time. Excuse me! He’s only been to the dentist 3 times. He’s 4 and we missed last year because of Covid. So if you said he cried last time that’s different, but difficult! He was 1 or 2 years old! This time he was older and didn’t shed one tear. He was so good. They kept saying how good he was, then why even say he was difficult in the past. Ask any parent, I’m sure they’d say their kid cried at 1 or 2.

Then the third strike. . she’s telling me what we’ll need to do when he 6! She even gave me a list of doctors that do what he needs done!!! That’s in 2 years. Too many attitudes. Don’t go to this office.

We absolutely love this dental office! So much easier getting to and parking than at Children's hospital. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. .

we've never had an issue here at all, I've always either had someone answer or have received a call back within the hour of leaving a voice-mail. The front desk ladies have always been pleasant and the hygentist and dentist are amazing!! They are wonderful with the kiddos! I 100 % would recommend!

Awful. . . both my husband and I took our son for dental caps . . he is being sedated slightly. . . they only let one parent back I had ran to the car real quick. I came back in and they had taken him back. . . I have never not been with my son during a procedure.

I asked the assistant to go ask my son if he wanted mom or dad. . . he loves dad but always wants mon. She returned and said he said he wants dad. . . very odd. After words they came wheeling out and the first thing he said was . . . . mom why did you leave.

He has been distraught the entire ride home. I said I asked if you wanted me and didn't they ask you. He said no. My husband said they came back and all they said was are you okay with dad. . . very awful of her and weird at the same time why she didn't want me to be with my son. The assistant was rude and cold something is off with her. I did not like it here. My son is now scared I won't be around for him. I am going to report this woman she should not be allowed to work with children.
