I do not recommend this place, it is not very clean... I think they should previously disinfect everything after each use of the dental tools and utensils. After having a dental cleaning routine in the afternoon. The next morning my daughter woke up with a toothache and throat pain, a lot of pain. , therefore this resulted in throat infection

Always a great experience! I come back every 6 months for my cleaning and check ups (from Colorado). Staff is professional and always take great care of patients. Highly recommend!

I woke up with terrible tooth pain. I was going back and fourth calling and trying to schedule appointments at a dentist and with oral surgeons. When I first called, a male receptionist whose name I didn’t get, was extremely rude. I spoke to them with the upmost respect and expressed my pain, I was basically dismissed and told to pick up a referral and go elsewhere without them even suggesting I’d be seen by the doctor.
I called back about 25 minutes later and a wonderful lady named Sarah answers, her tone was super affirming. She assured me that although she isn’t sure if a procedure would be possible, she said being seen and a possible cleaning could help with my issue. She has great costumer service who her colleague just learn from. I worked at a dental office before so I know how to speak to patients especially those in desperate need.
I wish I got his name but whichever male is covering morning shifts is terrible. thank you Sarah, this is the costumer service from uptown dental that I remember :)

Went there as a new patient for a plaque removal/cleaning. Scheduling was quick, no significant waiting time, staff was nice, doctor took a look at my teeth, everything ok, so they proceeded with the cleaning - done thoroughly. Will definitely go back.
