I recently moved to Toronto and needed to find a dentist. Urbanview on Gerrard West came highly regarded. Dr Shayan and her team are so lovely, professional and supportive. The check up and clean was thorough and informative. I required a filling and a crown and Dr Shayan performed these efficiently and painlessly. I’m really happy with the level of care I have received.

I recently needed to be seen by a dentist due to a toothache, and I was able to make an appointment as a new patient and be seen quickly. Their practice is easy to find, modern looking, clean, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed by my new dentist and the experience, especially as someone that is pretty anxious. I learned a lot about my teeth while there.

Advances in the technology used in dentistry definitely left me impressed as well. They also took my insurance, which is a huge plus.

I have had bad experiences with other dental clinics but have had such a relieving and comforting experience at Urbanview. Every interaction with every member of staff from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentists are professional, efficient, and caring.

What a fantastic turn of events after having so many negative experiences with dentists in Toronto. I’m not usually a fan of dentists but wanted to share a well deserved review for Urbanview :)

Clean clinics, professional service, and the dentists are very informative and clearly skilled. Advanced technology and accepts a wide variety of insurance. The best part of my experience was the dental assistant Alekhya, who was very sweet and compassionate throughout my entire treatment with the dentist.

Going to the dentist is stressful for many people, and having someone who is friendly, understanding, and kind can ease the process tremendously and turn it into a more positive experience. Tatiana at the front desk was also very welcoming, helpful, and kindly explained to me the insurance process as I was relatively new to Canada and patiently answered all of my questions.
