Great dentist with an awesome, helpful staff and very reasonable prices. Went to have two wisdom teeth removed and they made it as painless as possible. Took me in directly after I finished paperwork and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Surprisingly good prices as well, which always makes things much less stressful.

Definitely coming back for any future dental appointments. Also, their after hours staff helped me to get my prescriptions filled when I was having a difficult time with the pharmacy. Without them I’d probably still be dealing with that pharmacy a day later trying to get antibiotics. Awesome team!

Dr. Atwood and his team are incomparable! I found him after hours during an unexpected dental emergency and they answered the call and scheduled me in immediately.

I've been to many practices in the Las Vegas area and hands down they are the best. I highly recommend Urgent Dental and would give 5,000 stars if I could! If you are looking for a dentistry that actually cares, is immediately responsive AND provides superior work, this is it!

I typically don’t write reviews for dentists but in this case I have to share. I have spent thousands of dollars on implants and had a lot of challenges with them. I feel confident after my first visit that Dr. Atwood heard my concern and knew exactly what I needed to make this implant crown last.

He did not try to upsell me or insist that I start completely over. The entire team was professional and kind. I highly recommend them!

On my first day in Las Vegas from out of town I chipped my front tooth; it was noticeable and bothersome enough I wanted to fix it asap before going home. Even as a new patient, they were able to see me first thing the next morning. I got the paperwork to fill out online beforehand, so the entire appointment took about 30 mins.

Staff was so friendly and the Dr matched the tooth perfectly. Great experience!
