Horrible! Dropped me out of chair!!! After I was sedated. I could not get up on my own I couldn't talk because I had already been sedated gotten my teeth drilled I had to start snapping my fingers I couldn't feel my mouth three people were standing around me could have and should have helped me up one being the doctor. two people had to help me back in the chair I went to the emergency room and found they sprained my neck. Drilled unessential teeth!!!!! Dr did not do my filling , girl who did my filling whatever her title was did not had poor sterilization I noticed this because her colleague commented.

During inital check in The front desk person asked the hygienist to go pick up medication for me under her name. She asked me if was comfortable with that I'm visibly shaking my head no I was about to leave . The doctor said they had medication there and was confused. my fillings fell out 3 days later.

Lastly I came to get my broken teeth pulled they did not pull a single one. DO NOT GO HERE.

My experience with this dentist was the worst I've ever experienced. I was having a tooth pulled and 8 fillings done, she numbed me every where but the tooth that was being pulled she numbed me all the way up to the top of my eyes to where I got scared it was blocking my breathing I was so upset I was shaking it took 3 times for her to pull on the tooth I could feel the pain I come up out of my seat. . and when she pulled I could hear the tooth next to it crack. When I left I was balling. It took 5-8 hrs for the numbing to go away. Late last night I woke up at 2 am in the worse pain not the one she pulled but the one next to it. The pain has not yet stopped it's been 2 days now. . I think she hurt it real bad.

. there is so many cuts n bruises on my face and in my mouth I can't eat. . so I'll never go back. . my eyes were so numb I could barely see to drive n I'm having experience with tingling in my nose now. I may just take this a little further if my tooth beside the one she pulled doesn't stop hurting tomorrow it shouldn't even hurt at all, never had a dentist pull a tooth and this happened. . all the ladies in the office were nice. .

this dentist needs to learn how to numb a freakn jaw. . the left side of my face was the only thing that was numb so yeah I felt her pull my tooth she gave me at least 15 shots I'm not kidding. . All I can say is 😳 WOW never again. . oh yeah I was there for 3 hours. .

They did an amazing job. They had to work on pretty much every single one of my teeth. I never thought I'd have a good smile again and they completely knocked it out of the park. Thank you guys so much.

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your office. I originally came in with concerns about a single tooth and a minor gap, but unfortunately, the outcome has left me in significantly worse condition than when I arrived. Following the visit, I’m now experiencing severe sensitivity in multiple teeth—at least eight—which makes it difficult to eat or drink anything cold. This has caused considerable discomfort and disrupted my daily routine. Additionally, I want to note that the administration of the anesthetic was done with little care or patience.

The process felt rushed and painful, and I left the office feeling unheard and disregarded as a patient. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend your services to others. I sincerely hope that steps are taken to improve patient care and ensure that others don’t have to go through a similar experience.
