I waited 2. 5 hrs for the dentist only to get frustrated and leave. I rescheduled for a later date because the dentist still wasn't going to get my things done. She came to access my issue and then left for the office person to come in with the plan for care. I still would have been there for more than an hour or so. Very disappointing and a total waste of my time especially considering that it was a first time visit. I also didn't like the fact that I came in for upper and lower partials jaw teeth.

I was told that the doctor was going to do a deep cleaning and I had to be numbed for that. I only wanted to be fitted for my teeth on this day. I was told by the lady that I needed to do both because of my insurance. Well no I don't because I can schedule a cleaning for another time and it still could be billed separately at no cost to me. She wanted me to agree to that because it would make whomever job easier and they wouldn't have to contact the 2nd insurance provider. Not to mention that I asked the doctor after she finally came into the room. I asked her about another tooth and her response was that she could just pull it and incorporate it into my top partial.

I asked her why would I want to pull out my tooth? I just wanted it to be fixed without even looking she said oh I thought that it was a cavity. I said no it's not it just need to be a little bit of drilled/buffered a little bit. Upon her checking she saw what I was talking about. I just want my partials done and be done.

The staff is nice but when it came to cleaning my teeth or even doing the x-rays they were really rough and went way too fast. At one point the doctor told me to turn to her and the assistant pulled on me and felt like she was going to pull my tooth.

When the doctor was using the drill cleaner she went really fast and did not care that it was hurting and I felt like it was tug a war on my mouth between her and the assistant.

Just Me

Everyone was WONDERFUL here! When can one say they had a great experience at a dentist?!?! You can here! They were kind, helpful, non-judgemental & professional. On time, quick & they have high tech-patient friendly equipment.

No absolutely not!! We’ve waited & waited & waited. Have been beyond patient! My dad got dentures from here. The bottoms have NEVER fit correctly. They have refused to fix them or replace them without being paid again. But they were already paid & therefore there should’ve been a warranty. They should’ve been willing to fix or replace them the first time we complained, instead of us going around & around in a circle with them again & again.

The last time I went up there because they rarely if ever return calls or get back to you,. I was told management would be contacted to see if they could make it right. & I would get a call. But I only ever got a call a couple of days later just informing me that the message was sent to management & that I would hear back. But as typical…no one ever got back to me after that. No one makes anything better.

I’ve done all I can to try to help my dad (who is disabled) get his teeth fixed correctly, with no luck. I’m tired of it. This place is a no for me. Very unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend it!!
