I choose the place bc advertisement said they would set up payments with me. What I didn't know, I was getting an absolute awesome group of people. The whole entire staff showed nothing but care and concern. The dentist is young and knows exactly what she is doing.
I was willing to struggle thru the pain of the extraction, she stopped when she saw the pain and says, no, don't do that, I can numb it more. This old lady is highly impressed! I was the wife of a railroader for decades, went to high dollar offices, those offices had negative attitudes, this was so much of a positive experience that I will never forget and always be grateful for my experience in this office. Huge Thanks to all of you!!!

The lady (stated she was from the Lafayette Rd. Location) at the front desk on Saturday May 17, 2025 was very unprofessional. My fiance came in with a swollen face and in pain. Was told his tooth was infected and a root canal was needed. A prescription was given. He left and after a while noticed his prescription was not sent. He then called and inquired and was told they were too busy and it would be done at 2 which is closing time and this location is not open on Sundays. The time of the call was approximately 12:30 pm.
He explained he was in pain and wanted to ensure it would be submitted. Closer to 2 pm we went back up to the establishment and she then pretended to not realized he was given a prescription. Stated they did not give her paperwork. He stated it’s a good thing he came back and she told him not to do that. When he inquired not to do what, she mentioned moving him out or in a different part of the call lineup sheet for prescription calls as punishment. She continued to tell him they were busy and hadn’t ate lunch yet. At one point she even put her head in her hands, like she was over it. When he left out, she proceeded to lock the door and this was before 2 pm.
Her whole attitude about the situation was rude and not apologetic. I myself have worked in a professional setting with upset individuals and have never taken my personal emotions out on the individual. It’s not the customers issue that you are busy, have not eaten or any other thing going on behind the scenes. I told him this needs to be submitted and known in case the next person in pain has to deal with this insensitive person. We will also be writing a review where we can about this treatment.

I went in for my annual check up and was new to urgent dental. The pictures being taken in my mouth was kind of painful, the hygienist that did it was not gentle at all and was irritating the skin in my mouth when she’d take the thing to take pictures out. After I was told I had some cavities and agreed to get them taken out. It took 30-40 minutes for someone to come to my room with different hygienists popping their heads in and leaving. It felt very unprofessional because I’ve never had to wait that long and it felt like no one had my room covered or knew where to go. When they came to remove my cavities they put a needle in my mouth to numb me before telling me.
At other dentists I felt comfortable, but the workers here seemed irritated and were rushing so I felt uncomfortable and feared that they were going to mess up. I’ve never needed to be numbed multiple times but maybe because they were rushing they shot me in the wrong area because I had to continue being numbed, the sensitivity was too much. After the cavities were filled I had to remind them that I needed my teeth cleaned. It felt like they didn’t know what they were doing with me at all as if I didn’t have an appointment. Felt like I had to remind them of things they should’ve known or asked clarification about. I also saw a hygienist who was pregnant roll their eyes a bunch of times and sigh as if they were annoyed.
I had questions to ask but they were rushing so much and seemed annoyed or anxious so I didn’t feel very comfortable. I’ve never had to be at the dentist for three hours like I was today. The team there did not feel organized or cohesive. Rethinking of coming back to urgent dental

They are amazing! I broke a tooth and they got me in the same day. They are all so sweet in the office and listen to everything you say. I will definitely be back to get my dental work done here. Definitely recommend going here!!
