My visit at Valley Arts Dental today was exceptional in every aspect. The receptionist was very warm and friendly and Melony the Dental Hygienist was very detailed, compassionate and super sweet. She made my visit so relaxing as I do have a fear of the dentist at my big age lol. Dr.

Klausner was very friendly and he made sure to explain everything to me in detail, so I can have a better understanding of what’s going on and what procedures are necessary to correct the issues. I left feeling pleased and educated and I am certainly excited to visit again so I can continue my treatments. Thank you guys for providing exceptional customer service.

This is my second time at this practice and both visits have been enjoyable. The doctor and dental hygienist makes me feel comfortable and relaxed because I hate going to the dentist. If the waiting area was a little more spacious I would have rated it a 5 ,that but the staff and the quality of service makes up for that.

I have been with Dr. Link and Michelle for almost 20 years. Great service overall, very engaging and staff always kind. My past experience for the last 20 years definitely 5 stars. I am really just meeting new staff.

I was a little sad about being notified to visit a different location by text the night prior and finding out the appointment was with a new dental hygienist and not Michelle at my time of arrival. It would have been nice to have been notified that she left in November as I am someone who had always feared the dentist and Dr Link and Michelle changed my views. They probably did not know but I was petrified during my cleaning and just wanted to get out of there. Being engaged by my provider is very important to me. The cleaning was fine but definitely different from Michelle who talked to you, cleaned teeth very well without any motorized devices and checked inside mouth, jaw line and neck area by hand.

Already miss Michelle. Overall still very friendly staff and the new dentist seems very kind and vigilant about ensuring quality care.
