Very thorough with cleaning teeth. The hygienist was meticulous with teeth cleaning and careful, so as to not cause any pain. Very friendly and asked questions to determine if I had any concerns or issues. I've been going to Valley Dental for close to 15 years and have been very satisfied with their service.

Edit: still top notch! Best experiences I've ever had with dentists and all the staff. So friendly, caring and extremely knowledgeable across the board. Every staff and Dr I saw listened and answered every question I had without being rushed.

Was told about every possible option I had. I was recommended to see them and I am so happy I did! I have teeth/gum problems along with autoimmune issues.

Valley Dental’s office staff is efficient and friendly, so my experience is always positive as soon as I enter the building. I’ve never waited long, and the waiting room is pleasant and accessible. The Hygienists at Valley Dental are incredible and there’s an advancement in technique each time I am in for my cleanings.

They seem to be on the cutting edge of the industry. Valley Dental’s Dentists have been great as well, and I’ve never had issues with insurance or billing. I recommend Valley Dental in Onalaska!

I've gone here for years and have always had a great experience. However, today Gina cleaned my teeth and feel the need to give a review because of how exceptional she was. She did a great job educating me on my personal dental problems and specific action steps. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She genuinely went above and beyond a typical cleanings.

I can FEEL the difference and know she took the time to work on some challenging spots. She clearly cares about the people she's working on; I've only met her once and it was abundantly clear. Gina aside, Valley Dental in general has never disappointed me. All of the staff are friendly and any concerns I've had were addressed promptly. My entire family goes to Valley Dental and I can't speak highly enough about them!!
