Valley Dental is an excellent place for all types of dental care, from basic to crowns. They make the most difficult procedures as comfortable as possible, and work with you, even when you have pain and mobility issues from injuries. I have tried other practices, but have even changed my insurance so we could come back to this caring and professional practice that always greets you with a smile and courteous care.

I highly recommend them.

From the moment I walked in. The check-in was easy and the person who checked me in was kind and welcoming. The tech who did the x-rays was gentle and professional.

Dr. V is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain every step of my treatment, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. They all made me feel relaxed. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the doctor, hygienist, and receptionists. Everyone has been wonderful and welcoming. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the fee schedule and insurance billing process. It seems the fee schedule currently in your system is not accurate or up to date. Additionally, for procedures that may not appear to be covered, I believe it’s still important to submit them to the insurance provider for assessment.

This ensures that coverage is accurately determined and prevents patients from being charged more than necessary. Unfortunately, I was recently overcharged and now need to file a claim. I am uncertain about when the refund or credit will be processed. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and that measures can be taken to avoid similar issues in the future—especially with other upcoming procedures I may need.
