I had my first fillings done at Valley Dental Group, and I had a variety of experiences. Being new to dental work, I was quite timid about the whole experience. Thankfully, Dr. St. Marie was very understanding.

When I had an issue with my mouthguard not fitting right, the staff was very understanding in giving me a new one at no cost. The final fillings that I got, I had a dental dam put in, and the whole procedure was completed in under 20 minutes. I didn't feel a thing! The dental assistants and dentists themselves are also very good at communicating what they are doing and why, to ease the tension of having your mouth drilled. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend, family member of colleague. Thank you very much!

I regret so much ever going here. For years they could have alerted me of periodontal disease and the risks associated with it. Now I have to deal with the consequences of NOT being alerted when I should have been that I had early signs of periodontal disease.

I never felt like this place cared or did a thorough job, I should have listened to my gut earlier and found a new dentist sooner. There are so many dentists to choose from, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

My appointment went very well beginning beginning and ending with the ladies at the front desk. They’re very nice with and willing to help with any questions you might have. Michele, my hygienist is very good and I highly recommend her. I was seen by Dr. Christine Chen who I really like. Overall if your looking for a place for dentistry you’ll be happy here !!

I had a crown done there in 2020 and had to go back 3 times for them to grind it down so my bite was correct. They seemed impatient with me and it never felt good in my mouth even after the 3rd correction. Well, just this morning while chewing gum that crown split and cracked in half and fell a part. When I called them to ask if they will fix it they said they only have a 1 year warranty and that if I want to get it fixed its a $1,200 out of pocket cost. All I have to say is do not go here if you need crowns. A 1 Year warranty is not suffice and I will not be going back to this dentistry again. FYI, $1,200 out of pocket charge for a new crown since insurance agencies won't replace a cracked crown until 7 years has passed. With a 1 year warranty you are on the hook for the next 6 years.

My new dentist stand by their crowns for your lifetime. Quick quality and customer service check there. Stay away from this place. . . they are money hungry.
