I am a fellow dentist. I needed a root canal myself. I refer to Dr. Castro but had never utilized her myself till now. I am so thrilled with my root canal. It is perfect! I am completely comfortable.
I got to know her even better with this visit. She is very warm and comforting and she is beautiful inside and out. I have nothing but good things to say here. I really appreciate that I was given an appointment right away.

To be honest, I can't believe how old the reviews are on this site! So let me bring it up to speed. I was referred to Dr. Castro by not one, but two well respected dentists. I'm so grateful I took their recommendation. My RCT 2 weeks ago was painless. I didn't even feel the injection of novacain. Office is very clean, & entire staff is both professional, & friendly.
Dr. Castro is not only a very competent, professional endodontist; she is a genuinely kind, and compassionate human being. I especially appreciate her reaching out to see how I was doing post RCT. I worked as a Dental Assistant for many yrs. So trust me when I say if you are in need of an Endodontist, Dr. Castro should be your 1st choice! Marlene U.

I just want to say that this space was originally occupied by another endodontist and I needed a root canal done so I took a chance. All I can say is that after the fact I was so glad I did because Dr Castro was absolutely wonderful! She did a great job absolutely no problems at all and this was back in 2019!

Being a coward who left going to the dentist until the last possible second you can imagine how distraught I was when I was told I needed a root canal. After lots of research into dentists in my plan, I found Dr Castro. I saw her in Jefferson valley NY, and my whole experience was awesome.
Her secretary/assistant Susana was very nice (which was another reason I made an apt there), and it made my experience that much better. Dr Castro explained everything as she went along and I didn't feel a thing. I highly recommend Dr Castro, and if I ever did need another root canal I would go back to Dr Castro for sure!
