This Valley Health location needs lessons on customer service, and out of all the people at this facility the pharmacy crew needs it the most! I went to pick up medicine from this location instead of using RT 60 Valley Health Pharmacy because it’s closer to my home. I was refilling the same medication as I did at Rt 60 pharmacy, BUT it was going to be $25 dollars more for a 30 day supply rather than the 90 day I get from Rt 60. I asked the tech why the cost is so much more than last time, and she just said “I don’t know”. She wasn’t even willing to see why.
Then she pushed a button said it would be 5 dollars cheaper ($20 more than last time). So, I ask a simple question as to why one Valley Health cost more than other, I received the “I don’t know” again. I should have known I was in trouble when the “IDK Lady” wasn’t even willing to get out of her chair to come to counter, just rolled herself right over. Had to go to the Rt 60 Pharmacy to get correct price.
Go elsewhere, this location is incompetent.

This place honestly has some of the best services I have been given in a rather long time. The staff are very polite and the doctors actually know what they are doing. I recommend this place to all those who want quality service and attention to detail given.

I love Valley Health Pharmacy at Pea Ridge Barboursville location; but decided to switch to the Hal Greer location due to distance from my home. HUGE MISTAKE. The lady was rude and not a single pharmacist tried to help me. They filled my 8 vials of injectable meds and only 3 needles. I’m glad I checked the bag before leaving.
Said I would have to call my doctor to get more. I stated he works for valley health, can you not just call over and get an ok. She stated I could ask the clinic next door if they had any to give me. I got a refund and called Pea Ridge location back and they took care of me with professionalism and curtesy.

My mother had an appointment at the Rt 60 office today and sit in the exam room for over an hour and the Dr never did come in to see her. They had some kind of tar smell in the office that she ended up get sick from. When she finally got tired of waiting and walked out to the reception desk they didn't even try to find out why the Dr didn't come in to see her or ask if they could reschedule her appt.
She is not going back.
