Yes, it is generally considered illegal for a medical clinic to use your private information, including your name, medical details, or appointment dates, to respond to a review, as this would violate HIPAA regulations protecting patient privacy; even if you disclosed this information in your review, the clinic cannot use it in their response without your consent. Edit: WHY ARE YOU EVEN RESPONDING TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS?! THIS IS A STATE MEDICAL CENTER!!! ITS NOT LIKE PEOPLE WOULD GO HERE UNLESS THEY HAD TO!!!!! I hate this medical center because the staff is so unprofessional that they cant even keep a full office of people when they are obviously understaffed with how many clients they have. My doctor doesn't even remember my problems when i go it.

EVERY SINGLE TIME i need to get more of my prescription its like pulling teeth to get them to respond to my pharmacy's messages. And yes they used this review to find my medical record and CALLED ME! That's why my original message was changed to the HIPPA law. DO NOT USE THIS MEDICAL CENTER UNLESS YOU LOVE BEING SHELVED BEHIND 30 OTHER PEOPLE.

I have been into the clinic several times since moving a year ago to the area. Cameron is always friendly and helpful with scheduling appointment. Holly has worked hard to make sure referrals have been in place in a timely manner. Diane Marines ARNP has been so helpful at getting the referrals I need, answering questions and taking time to get to know her patients. Occasionally the phone system is still a problem in getting routed to the correct clinic.

Some times calls don't always get returned but I think part of the problem ml em is my cell service. I wish the walking clinic on Saturday worked in a different manner. Such as taking a few appointment via calls and walk in.
