This was our first time here for our son. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and professional. The place was clean and spacious. From checking in at the front desk with Rikaya, who by the way is awesome from her communication and comfort over the phone to all the nurses, dentist and anesthesiologist, they made us feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend this place for your family.

Valleygate was absolutely wonderful. I was terrified to have my toddler put under anesthesia to have his teeth worked on- but it had to be done. He had bottle rot on his front teeth & it was only getting worse. I know it's my fault as a parent that his teeth got to this point. He wouldn't let any other dentist TOUCH him. We've had 4 different dental appointments trying to get something done, before finally we knew he had to be put to sleep.

I have been so nervous about this big appointment. I've worried myself sick thinking about everything that could go wrong while he's under anesthesia. Today was our appointment day, Dr. Kinslaw was wonderful, & the anesthesiologist was SO caring, attentive & kind. I wish I could remember his name. As soon as I spoke with him, all my fears melted.

It took no time, my husband & I waited for about 30 minutes & it was over! My baby was done, he was safe- everything was alright. The whole team, from the lady at the front desk, the nurses, doctor, anesthesiologist- EVERYONE was absolutely wonderful. I thank everyone up there for taking care of my baby. I appreciate everything everyone did. I am so grateful that everything went well, & thankful for everyone we came into contact with up there at Valleygate! I would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter had some dental work done here. I definitely wouldn’t have anything else done here. When my daughter was coming out of anesthesia the nurse was being very rude and dismissive with her. You would think they realized all kids come out of the anesthesia differently.

So sorry you were in a rush to go home. The office staff completely closed the office while my daughter was still in the back also leaving it completely dark.
