A Lifesaver in a Time of Need! I can’t thank Dr VanGalder their team enough for their incredible care and dedication! I was in an absolute panic when I lost my dentures, especially with my daughter’s wedding just around the corner. The timing couldn’t have been worse, but from the moment I reached out, they reassured me that they would do everything possible to help. Not only did they move quickly to get my new dentures made, but they also ensured they fit perfectly and looked amazing—all in time for one of the most important days of my life. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion made all the difference.

Thanks to them, I was able to smile confidently on my daughter’s wedding day, and for that, I will always be grateful. If you need a dentist who truly cares and goes above and beyond, look no further than Dr VanGalder and their team. Highly, highly recommend!

My husband went here and it was a terrible experience. First, they didn't put him to sleep for a procedure that was hours long and excruciating. They actually asked him about it a few months later because they "had never done that to someone conscious". We paid up front for the procedure, and when they couldn't complete part of it because he couldn't stand the pain anymore we weren't reimbursed.

Then the dentures he got were ill fitting and painful. He went to multiple hours long appointments to get them altered but it would frequently be days of the apparatuses digging into his gums causing sores that made it difficult to eat. It took over a year to get a pair that didn't hurt him to wear. Now the individual teeth keep falling out of the dentures.

We're going to find another place to get them fixed because even though we paid so much upfront for this place we have zero confidence in their ability to provide quality service. The good reviews they have are baffling to me. They weren't overly expensive, but the money we saved wasn't worth the years of agony and terrible service.

Was extremely nervous & anxious for this experience, as dental work has always been something I dread. This office was so thorough and quick, giving me a whole new outlook and setting my mind at ease for the next visit. Ashley was very kind and made me feel comfortable. I went in for implants on the top with dentures. They got started right away, removed the top teeth and placed 5 implants. After the implants were placed, there were no appointments made for cleanings nor was I advised on care for the implants. Some time passed, I was in the office several times for denture repair and no one said anything to me about cleaning the implants. I've had the same phone number and the same address since my treatment began and never received no phone calls or letters advising to come in for a cleaning.

Almost 3 years pass before I have the funds to make the final $4500 payment. It was a total of 4 $4500 payments, $18,000 total. My thought process was, maybe this time span is good because it's giving the implants time to heal. Not knowing that it was causing them to fail bc ATLANTA DENTURES dropped the ball on caring for my implants!!! They should have been cleaning them every 6 months and should've advised me to clean around them with peroxide and a Qtip. The day I go for them to test the implants was the very first time anyone said anything about cleaning the implants, which was 3 years to late since they are failing.

The staff attempted to blame me due to missed appointments and financial issues. When neither of those are the blame. The missed appointments were not for cleanings and had someone said that wearing the denture this long would cause the implants to fail I would've borrowed the money to complete the work immediately!! So due to lack of communication and proper care I've spent $18,000 on 5 failed implants and a 3 times broken denture!!!! Please do your research before choosing your care provider!! Seems strange how they were on Marietta Parkway under the name Atlanta Dentures now they are in Kennesaw under the name Van Galder advanced dentistry! At the end of the day I'm left with a 3x broken in the same place denture and worthless implants due to poor advisement on care! At this point I will seek legal advice.
