Went here for a little problem with Wisdom tooth. They examined so many things X-rays and pictures taken from mobile it took me more than an hour for everything during the first visit. It was quick and the person who took did the exam was very nice and friendly and explained things pretty well.

Went here 10 minutes in advance of my appointment and was called 10 minutes past my appointment. The doctor I scheduled an appointment did not see me instead a different doctor spoke and examined and discussed the next process.

They are extremely thorough so they won’t miss anything. They take scans of the roots, regular scans and photos on your first visit there so they can see the full picture. They were able to fix 2 long standing issues as well! One was fixed in seconds! Highly recommend!

Recently my dad completed his > 1 year project of implanting 6-8 (lost count now) teeth at VanDerhoef clinic. His situation was very complex and it seemed just impossible when the project started. The doctors (Dr. VanDerhoef, Dr. Kerr and Dr. Sing) were very effective in diagnosing and formulating treatment plan. The technicians and nurses (Rachel and a few names I will try to remember next time in office) were super effective and nice.

Everyone was at their top of the game. The office manager Lisa was very meticulous, smart and empathetic in coming up with the sequencing. Administrative crew esp. Satie were so helpful and warm in helping out with all actual dates with scheduling. Altogether my dad possibly have gone to the clinic for more than 10 times going through different kinds of surgery and procedures and there was not even one complication or mishap. Every appointment went smoothly. My dad does not speak English well, so most of the time, I'm there to translate.

Everyone we interacted with were super patient and accommodating. They made the whole experience a bit easier to go through. After more than a year of treatment, my dad finally is able to fully enjoy food that is very important for him. And I'm very grateful. I myself have been with the clinic for more than 2 decades now and currently my whole family comes to this clinic for dental appointments. They are really good and I highly recommend it.

I recently switched to Dr. VanDerhoef to finish putting in a crown due to bad experiences at my prior dentists. The process from scheduling to my visit all were great. I appreciate the detailed information provided, and they genuinely care.

Overall, Dr. VanDerhoef and Joey both made sure I am fully aware of the whole process during my visit. Overall, I am very glad to switch over and felt I am in great hands.
