Her approach was truly feminine — filled with compassion, sensitivity, and calm reassurance. She made something stressful feel safe and manageable. Her assistant Katya was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and incredibly reassuring throughout the appointment. And the front desk team, Yury and Yulia, were so welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful — they made me feel comfortable right away.
