Just left here after a very traumatic experience with my son. We went there for a filling for him the dentist she was super rude, and not comforting. My son was clearly upset. He’s seven years old and she did nothing to comfort him. On top of that when she was doing the filling, the silver plating that she used went in his throat and he started choking on it, which I witnessed because she messed up. She started yelling at him because he was choking and wanted to stop.

On top of that after he finished choking and it was out of his throat, she stood up and said I can’t do this walked out and said mom you need to talk to him. I will never ever ever take my son back to this place ever again. The way he was treated was very unprofessional and I’m taking this up with Monroe County. I would recommend not bringing your children here.

They Canceled my daughter's appt the day of after waiting months to have it only to reschedule to have to wait 2 more months. Ridiculous. Then i canceled my other daughter's bc i couldn't get out of work (my own fault) and they said they won't take her as a patient. Ridiculous, and the lady was rude. Crazy that they can cancel but god forbid we do.

Very kind dental office, parents can go back to be with their little ones, and they give little toy prizes for kids at the end of the visit. They didn’t give us the option for fluoride or no fluoride they just did it. If you’re a parent that cares about that I would just ask beforehand.

Hygienist was so sweet with my son, making him comfortable the entire time and joking around with him letting him feel the toothbrush and suction to make sure he was comfortable. Awesome dentist visit and it was very easy to make an appointment for new patient, lady at the front desk was also friendly and patient with me even when I didn’t have the health insurance card number.

We absolutely love it here for our whole family! I’ve been bringing my son since his first tooth came in and everyone is so kind, friendly and so great with kids of all ages! You can tell that the whole office staff works well together and is incredibly efficient. We’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes to be brought back for our appointment (which is so important when you have small children, their attention span is only so long) My last visit for myself was wonderful.

I had my 2 small children with me and the staff was so wonderful with working on me and also helping keep my infant calm during my appointment. We would HIGHLY recommend this office to everyone who is looking for an honest, family dentist with amazing staff!
