Going to the dentist and having to have a routine or even special procedure done is not always a bowl of cherries. The reason I've stuck all these years with Dr. Chad Johnson and his team, from Heather to Amaya and the entire staff, I have never been treated with anything but great service, an approachable bedside manner, kindness, and respect.

The team in Johnston recently helped me out and came through when I needed them - making a not awesome fun situation easier, from the chair time and procedure through streamlined insurance and billing practices. Affordable even - I would say given the high quality level of care, quick responses and personal communication, their approach and technology, and me knowing they are truly a partner and want the best experience and outcomes for me. I can't say enough good things about my friends and terrific caregivers at Veranda Dentistry - in Johnston, Iowa, or Pleasant Hill, Iowa locations - my opinion is that you can trust Chad and the people who work there.
