Today was my son’s first dentist appointment! He will be 2 soon, so we wanted to make going to the dentist a routine he wasn’t afraid of. We were able to get in quickly.

The hygienist was super kind, fun, and friendly! She did so well with my toddler and made looking into his mouth a fun game. The provider stopped in to finish the exam and also did very well with my toddler! The appointment went a lot better than I had anticipated, and I’m looking forward to next time!

Their service is excellent, their staff are accommodating. They have excellent customer service. They really know what they are doing. They are providing a quality care to kids. My son was so happy when we were there. He hasn’t experience any anxiety when they examined him.

I forgot the name of the lady who examined my son and did the x-ray and the cleaning. She is really expert in dealing with kids, her patience and dedication to her work is far more extraordinary, she also provided us the health education appropriately. The Dentist too explained to us very well the necessary procedure to take for my son. Thanks a lot Victor Smiles.

Dr. Mapes is just always amazing!! I will never take my kids anywhere else for dental work! She now has this new dental tool called Soan. This is an alternate option than traditional dental anesthesia. My son has always had a tough time with regular anesthesia—it made him groggy, anxious, and uncomfortable during and after procedures. But with Soan, everything changed.

From the very first visit using Soan, the difference was obvious. My son was calmer, more cooperative, and most importantly, didn’t experience the usual side effects that came with traditional anesthesia. The procedure went smoothly, and he bounced back so much faster than before—no lingering numbness or disorientation. He was eating dinner by 5:30. Not only has this approach made dental work easier for him, but it’s also taken a huge load off our shoulders as parents.

Dr. Mapes and her assistant Natalie were incredible, explaining how Soan works and making sure he was comfortable every step of the way. Thank you again Dr. Mapes and the Victor Smiles team you guys are amazing! ⭐️ 🦷⭐️ ⸻
