am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the services I received at your dental office, as well as the financial challenges that arose due to your practices. During my recent visit, I was advised to undergo two root canal procedures on the same day, despite my insurance not covering the associated costs. Although I respect your professional judgment, I feel that this recommendation did not align with my best interests and imposed an undue financial burden on me. The total expenses exceeded my budget, and I did not receive adequate information regarding alternative options or the financial implications prior to making a decision.
Additionally, I believe I was overcharged for the services provided. Despite several attempts to address this issue, I experienced significant delays in the return of $300 that remains unrefunded. Despite multiple calls to your office and a written request, I received no response until I resorted to sending a certified letter. This lack of communication and the prolonged resolution of a straightforward matter is concerning.
It is my expectation that healthcare providers prioritize patient well-being and manage financial matters with transparency and fairness. Regrettably, my experience at your office has not reflected these standards.

I recently had a root canal procedure and I cannot express how impressed I was with Dr. Sukys and the entire experience! He was welcoming, professional, kind, and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Sukys was incredibly skilled and took the time to explain every step of the process. He ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure, checking in regularly. The treatment itself was virtually painless, and the attention to detail was evident.
I was amazed at how quickly the procedure was completed without ever feeling rushed. Later in the day and days later I never would known I was treated for a root canal. If you’re anxious about dental work/root canals, I would highly recommend Dr. Sukys to any family and friends. I’m so grateful for his care and expertise!

Once again, my regular Dentist Dr. Andrew Thompson and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate my urgent medical need, adjusting their very busy schedule to make it happen. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to their patients. They arranged an on-the-spot appointment at the excellent Vienna Endodontics office—something I never expected to happen right away. I was seen by Dr.
Alexander Sukys literally within less than 15 mns. Dr. Sukys was incredibly, patient with excellent inter-personal skills, provided a clear and concise explanation of the necessary treatment, making it easy for me to understand. The treatment itself went smoothly, with absolutely no discomfort during what was a complex procedure. I highly recommend him for any endodontics needs.
The billing and expected payment (in my case) were clearly explained before the procedure began, ensuring there were no surprises or confusion. Once again, I extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sukys and the office team for the outstanding, professional, and pleasant care I received.

I can highly recommend Dr. Citron and Vienna Endodontics. Dr. Citron, his medical assistant Ashley and front desk person Elizabeth were all friendly, professional and welcoming. I was able to get in to see Dr. Citron for a root canal after developing pain in an old filling.
The whole process took about an hour. Dr. Citron and Ashley explained the whole process and kept me informed during the procedure which was much appreciated. Very little discomfort during and after the procedure. The techniques and tools seem much better than 15-20 years ago when I had my only other root canal.
