I had my first consultation with Dr Paino yesterday. In a word Dr Paino and his staff are the best. From the moment I was greeted by front office staff to the assistants, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Given my fear and anxiety when dealing with dentists, this was the most relaxing experience ever.

Dr Paino was thorough and patient in explaining the possible procedures and and treatments that will provide me with a great smile for the first time in my life. Furthermore, he actually listened to me. That alone makes the experience vastly different from any other dentist I have consulted in the past. The technology was cutting-edge and unlike any other I have experienced in the past.

This technology allows Dr Paino to develop a treatment plan that is precise and designed specifically for me. Bottom line, a five star rating is a disservice, because there is no numerical rating that could fully indicate the extraordinary professionalism, kindness and overall care for the patient I experienced with Dr Paino and his staff.

I've been a patient at this dental practice since I moved to the Northern Virginia area back in 1987. They have always provided outstanding dental care for both me and my spouse. The office is staffed with unusually friendly people from the front desk staff to hygienists and the dentists.

They make visits to the dental office practically painless! Over the years, I've had work done up to implant and crown work, Several years ago, Dr. Rudolph even worked diligently to successfully save a tooth that other dentists would likely have simply extracted.

I have been coming to Dr. Paino for several years now, and he is a fantastic dentist! He always makes you feel comfortable and thoroughly explains the procedures you are about to have done, and he has done a great job with all the dental work I've needed. I had a late-arriving wisdom tooth extracted by him last year, and I didn't even feel it come out, the procedure was that painless.

The hygienists in the office are also great, my cleanings are always very thorough and the staff is very personable. I would highly recommend Vienna Family Dental!
