RUN! Do not go here for your infants tounge tie cut. The receptionists are kind but Dr. Molly Guy is not someone who I would recommend. Massage therapist Pam is NOT someone I would trust either. You have to sign a form basically saying not to take any of Pam's recommendations seriously. Pam said my baby was all kinds of messed up.

I followed up with two different physical therapists to see actual professionals. Village Dental wants my baby to go in for ONLY THEIR weekly $55 body massages. Waiting months before he gets his tongue tie cut. Something's off. This place gives me VERY BAD VIBES.

I made a cleaning appointment for my boys. I requested and signed a No Floride form for both of them. They did not clean my 7 yr olds teeth. The dentist himself quickly brushed floridated toothpaste on just his front teeth and did not have him rinse his mouth, while I was preoccupied speaking with the assistant at the computer. She told me that my son had several cavities and would need to be heavily sedated or put to sleep for a procedure where they would cap his teeth.

Which i felt very uneasy about. My other son age 12 went for his cleaning alone and afterward informed me that they put something extra on his teeth. When he asked what it was the hygienist told him it was vitamins. The hygienist did not advise him nor did she mention to me the usual advice that they give after applying Floride. I had to confront her before she admitted it.

We will not be going back. And after reading a previous review, I am sure that the condition of my 7 yr olds teeth are not as severe as they made it seem and am eager to get a second opinion.

Will never go back. Took my 7 y/o for a cleaning, and x-rays were an issue for her. Which is fine. The hygienists were very kind and did their best. Yet without x-ray images even being remotely complete, the Dr recommended extracting 7 teeth and placing silver caps on several others, obviously sedation and a major surgery for a young child. Without discussion he just advised the assistant that they'd skip the cleaning today as it could just be done in the OR.

Couldn't show me tangible evidence of my child needing extractions and caps. You'd think her teeth were rotting out of her head, but no, her teeth are overall fine like any normal kid although we do need to brush better to maintain. And this Dr. Just coldly handed me the treatment plan with the expectation I'd be on board and ready to move on to the next patient. Hell no!! Got a second opinion elsewhere and surprise. .

. . No surgical intervention necessary. I was sickened and disturbed by this experience and felt very saddened for the parents that will blindly trust these people and put their young children through hell without questioning. I thought it was a decent practice, the staff were all very nice, but if you go there beware you may want to get a second opinion, and your child may be just a number.
