I have been going to Village Family Dental for about 22 years now. From the time you walk into a clean and relaxing office, you will be greeted by a friendly and professional staff. Dr. Ryan, my dentist is very knowledgeable and professional, he takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes me feel comfortable. He did an outstanding job on the veneers that I had done several years ago.

Jennifer is my hygienist, she is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough and makes me feel comfortable. She takes the time to explain everything to me by giving me advice on how to maintain my oral hygiene. I highly recommend Village Family Dental.

It was my 2 year olds first visit at the dentist and I was a little nervous because he’s a little scared at the pediatricians office. The front desk had the best personalities and customer service of any establishment I’ve been too! The two ladies in the room doing the cleaning and etc were hands down the best! They engaged with my son! They made him extremely comfortable and made it such a pleasure.

These people ruined my life! I havent had teeth since they made me dentures. I went and was told i had the smallest mouth she had ever worked with on an adult. I take part responsibility for it but its mostly there fault. I got all the way b4 i had the final try in or whatever and I had a qedding to go to so i told her what i wanted in teeth they already had the mold which i dont belive was right anyway because they tried different trays but couldnt find 1 small enough. Anyway I told since you know I have such a small mouth that means I had small teeth too please make sure you put that in there. She was perfectly fine with that she didnt suggest hey thats a bad idea she agreed and said she would make sure they knew to put small teeth. When I tell you the teeth were huge horse teeth and both plates were completely to big for my mouth. My mouth no longer closed unless i forced it shut.

I couldnt eat with them and bottom would not stay in. They didnt suggest that maybe i shouldnt get a bottom plate if they are too hard to keep in. I went out to eat and because i couldnt eat with them without them coming out of my mouth or moving around so much I took them out and put them in my purse. My purse was stolen at the restaurant. Medicaid only covers them every 10 years its been about 8 now. I dont go out anymore unless i have too. Im ugly I dont wear makeup anymore. I wore a mask long after covid was over.

Im ashamed at how I look. They ruind my life. I wish I could give 0 stars. I have just made an appointment at East Carolina School of Dental Medicine in Robeson county NC. Im trying to get some implants but Im not sure they will let me make payments so its likely not gonna happen. Life is over. Thanks Village Family Dental.
