Hygienist are nice and polite. Dr. Brittany Burkhard is an awesome dentist after a second look from last dentist she identified all my tooth pain in my wisdom tooth right away after being misdiagnosed. And I knew I was missing diagnosed first time.

My son got his 2 front teeth knocked out at daycare. We spent an hour calling around at 1130 trying to find an office that could see us right away. We had found one in Fayetteville but they said we couldn't be seen till 230 that afternoon. My child's covered in blood shaking in pain and shock. My mother called this office and they said they would see him right away.

We get there and I don't have any of our insurance information, from panic and the sheer determination to make sure your child's ok you forget about those kinds of things. The check in lady not only called around to get it but was so kind in explaining everything as I quickly sign all the forms. We didn't wait 5 minutes before they called us back. Everyone was so kind and good to our son they were patient, and attentive. The dentist took his time and checked my boys face thoroughly, and explained everything in perfect detail to leave me and my husband feeling relieved.

To top it the dentist even texted us his number in case we had questions or concerns over the next few days with his healing. 5 stars 🌟 all the stars. My family will be going to this office from now on for all our dental needs. I wish actual doctor visits were as informative and comforting like this place.
