Awesome service and awesome staff at village ortho. They treat you like family. Always friendly staff. Dr Murrell and team make the braces experience a lot easier for these kids. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff are amazing. They are all friendly, helpful, courteous and very professional. My kids and I are always greeted with a warm smile everytime we go in for an appointment. Dr Murrell is the best. Very professional. He's very thorough. I highly recommend Village orthodontics.

I had an absolutely horrific experience at this office. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and completely uninterested. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time, and no one even had the decency to check-in, apologize or explain the delay. When I finally got in, the assistant did not explain anything. She put the wrong tray filled with substance in my mouth and I started tearing considerably, gagging and retching.

Instead of fixing the issue, she kept pushing me to "breathe. " She finally gave up and took it out and I ended up spitting all over my shirt. She didn't care about what had happened and I refused to be serviced by her. The rest of the workers were equally rude and dismissive. Another medical professional blamed me for the situation. I’m beyond angry about the way I was treated.

This place is unprofessional, untrained, and careless. I will NEVER be coming back here, and I strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for their orthodontic care. Zero stars if I could give that. I hope Dr. Murrell's ashamed of his team.

Village Orthodontist is truly exceptional! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always make you feel at ease. Dr. Murrell is not only highly knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience stress-free and comfortable. The office is clean and well-organized, and appointments always run on time.

You can tell the entire team genuinely cares about their patients. I'm so happy with my treatment and results-highly recommend Village Orthodontist to anyone looking for exert care with a personal touch.
