I gave this place a try because it was close to my house. I came here 3 times and will not be returning! They lack customer service, professionalism and communication. I always had to wait 30-45 min to be seen when I had an appointment. Doctor never let me finish talking giving no s. about my concerns. Front desk girl does absolutely nothing to help.
Office is very old and not clean. Do not stress yourself coming here. UPDATE: This place overcharged me for a mouth guard. The reciopnist called me rude for simply trying to get my money back. They don't pick up or return my calls! Once again, if my call is not returned, I'll ve contacting the BBB!!! COSTUMER SERVICE HERE IS NOONEXISTENT

Everyone was really nice and they took good care of me. My teeth were cleaned really well and I was really happy with how they looked afterwards. I don't understand why there are bad reviews. Also, they were able to get me an appointment a week from when i called as a new patient.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Lack of professionalism and organization. I literally live behind the plaza and I will not be going back. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment I got weird energy. I should’ve listened to my guy from that point in which I ignored. They were able to squeeze my daughters and I in at the same day but it was not a pleasurable experience. Once I walked in, we were not greeted, instead they stared at us as if they looked lost and confused they proceeded to hand us paperwork to sign.
Once we signed we both waited a while. Once my daughter was called, she went in and 2 minutes later was asked for an ID. My daughter is a minor, why do you need her id? On top of that, they “cleaned her teeth with water without polish & didn’t ask about fluoride & assumed we wanted it. Then when they called me, I walked back and they weren’t even sure what room to put me in. I also wasn’t introduced by the hygienist nor the dr. Apparently the dr.
Did my cleaning and didn’t introduce herself either. Then she rushed through the entire cleaning and said “I have other patients waiting” I told her I was in so much pain from infected teeth and instead of listening to my wants and needs she just kept pushing her views on me and referred me to other specialist. I walked away with no prescription for any medication. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
