Front desk receptionist (Cynthia) is awesome. A friendly and welcoming voice. You can tell they are a team and know what they're doing. Kathy is like a teeth master I am learning. I understand how she is trusted to work alongside the Man with the drill aka Mr. Dentist. 🥷

I would post 100 stars for Vivid Dental if I could! Thank you so much to their entire staff for making this an unforgettable experience. Dental offices are usually a scary place for me, but everyone here was so warm and welcoming, I instantly felt comfortable. After my first visit, I knew this would become my new dental home. The female dentist here explained my recommended treatment in great detail, she left me with no questions. She was very informative and I love the fact she took the time to educate me, this is very important.

The manager was also great, she offered me a variety of financial options so I could choose something I was comfortable with. It’s a gorgeous office, very modern, clean and inviting. Their equipment and instruments are also in mint condition, which put my mind at ease. Thank you so so much to each and every one of you here at this office. I am so lucky to have found you!

The staff is very two-faced by the one time reviews I see left on here. So let me paint a real picture since I've been a couple of times. I have seen Cynthia get up and walk around her desk to shove her finger in an old woman's face about scheduling her incorrectly multiple times while yelling. Seems pretty normal for them to ask invasive personal questions that have nothing to do with your appointment and announce it to all the patients in the office. Recently, Cynthia forgot to tell me about a copay.

It wasn't until I got there that I was informed. I simply replied by saying "No, that wasn't told to me". Without any warning, she decided to angrily say "I know you have a lot going on with everything that just happened, but I told you". There was a forced smile on this woman's face the whole time (kind of like the horror movie if you saw it). I just had a tragic incident in the family and she thought it would be cute to reply to me in such a way.

She simply forgot, I know what I was told, I have texts from the office. In her insecurity, she weaponized a personal thing to get out of responsibility and attack me. So this is a great place to go if you enjoy overpriced dentistry, being accosted for their mistakes, and being pushed to answer unrelated and personal questions. If this doesn't sound like a place for you, literally anywhere else is better.
