You’d be better off letting a dog do your dental work. At least a dog wouldn’t gaslight you after it bites. 🐶🦷 I got a bridge here in 2022, and now my mouth is in pain, my throat is throbbing, and my head feels like it’s about to pop. I reached out to the same office who did the work, and instead of care or urgency, I got excuses, referral runarounds, and a flat-out “we won’t be helping you. ” The office manager — bless her cold, disconnected soul — told me “this isn’t anyone’s fault” and then doubled down in an email saying they refuse to take responsibility for the issue or help cover any part of it.

They referred me to oral surgeons who wanted $300 just to sit down and look at me — treatment not included. Meanwhile, I’ve got 3 kids, no pain relief, and bills stacking — and they think giving me outdated phone numbers is enough. I’ve got: ✔️ The call recorded ✔️ The email saved ✔️ Aetna and the Georgia Dental Board fully in the loop This place will take your money, smile in your face, and then act brand new when their work goes wrong. No compassion, no urgency, no shame. Do yourself a favor — keep your teeth and your dignity and go somewhere else.

Wonderful office with lovely people. Excellent communication: each person I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. All my questions were answered. They took their time with me, gave me thorough explanations, and the waiting was minimal.

By then end, I knew exactly what the next steps were in my treatment and how much it would cost, as well as what my insurance would (wouldn’t) cover. And my teeth are SO clean! If I’m going to spend all this money on healthcare, it’s nice to enjoy the people I’m spending it with.
