Buyer beware. The dental hygienists are very nice; doctor Pond seems like a nice person as well however I strongly encourage you that you will be taking your chances with choosing to go to Dr. Pond. Your pocketbook will leave hurting as much as your frustration thru the roof with the lack of problem resolution and work integrity that you will experience with this dentist. The dental hygienists are very nice; doctor pond seems like a nice person as well however I strongly advise that you will be taking your chances by going to Dr.

Pond for anything outside of a cleaning. I recommend you establish a relationship with a quality dentist in this vast salt lake valley that can provide a full range of services and has quality business practices where the patient matters. You will not find any of these qualities at Dr. Ponds.

I have been to several dental offices in the past, and Dr. Pond and his staff far exceed all of my previous experiences. I trust all members of his staff and love how Dr. Pond will do most all procedures in office, rarely sending me or my family members out to specialists. I have recommended my whole family to Dr Pond and we are now all devoted clients.

Jacque Jensen Taylor

We lovingly call him "Dr. Painless. " When I first started going to him, around 20 years or so ago, I had had several bad experiences with other dentists and very nervous. He and his staff always made it very pleasant for me (I've had a LOT of work done) and now I don't have a panic attack when I go in. In fact, it's quite enjoyable. When my husband was in a wheelchair for a while he always made special accommodations for us and made sure he was taken care of. His sense of humor (and his commentary on the movies he has playing all the time) is awesome.

It really is quite an enjoyable experience! We have become friends as well as professional associates. It's hard not to. His staff is equally professional but down to earth and willing to do whatever they can to help. If he moves, I'll move with him. I won't ever go to another dentist as long as he is in practice. Thanks to all of them! :0)

This place is 5/5. I started going to this place when I was pregnant with my first baby 8 yrs ago. I haven't gone anywhere else! Now, even my children go there. The doctor is always funny and very nice!!! This past weekend I got this bad toothache. I called this morning and the lady at the front desk she could get me within 2 hours. When I got there, the doctor was waiting for me (not even in his office) he was waiting for me at the front desk.

I went straight to a room and I felt as if my own dad took care of me. I always felt that Ponds (the whole office) took care of us but this time around was different! They ran the extra mile. They knew I was in pain and they took it seriously. Even though I moved numerous times, I always go to Ponds even if it is out of our way. Thanks so much Ponds office!! From the lady at the front desk (extremely knowledgeable btw) to the dental hygienist).
