I had a great experience when getting surgery on my gum that required a lot of work. The staff was wonderful and supportive during that time when I was scared. After experiencing the surgery and everything went well , relieved but also grateful I had it done to save my teeth. I had it done at such a great establishment. Kudos from me!!!!!

This is the most caring and good hearted dental office in the world! I had a complete lower jaw gum replacement done. While in the office I noticed how the dental staff truly cares for anyone who walks through their door. We need more people in this world like the people who work here! The services I had done were done with exceptional skill and craftsmanship.
My regular dentist even commented stating, “one of the best gum graphs I’ve ever seen. ”

DO NOT COME HERE! I recently came in to get gum graft surgery, which ended up being nothing more than an expensive torture session with no medical benefits. My teeth, gums, and smile are much worse now than before. I truly regret coming here, and in hindsight, this “doctor” has many red flags. The office's billing practices are highly questionable. The 'doctor' conveniently feigns ignorance about the front office’s actions despite being the ultimate authority in the establishment. I repeatedly verified with my insurance company to ensure I was correctly charged for the surgery. If you decide to visit, be prepared to meticulously cross-check the cost of every procedure with your insurance company, as their quoted prices cannot be trusted. The office has a lot of traffic, resembling a fast-food drive-through with a constant stream of people coming and going. The 'doctor' frequently abandons patients mid-treatment to engage in leisurely conversations with others. This disregard for patient care is particularly alarming, especially if you're undergoing a surgical procedure. Third, my torture session was supposed to last only 120 to 150 minutes.
It took 3 hours, and the anesthesia started to wear off. So, the doctor began rushing and did a sloppy job. This is why you don’t constantly stop during surgery to have conversations with people. Fourth, one of the nurses told me that I should have scheduled the surgery on a Friday. Fridays are supposedly calm days with fewer patients. If this was the case, why didn’t the front office tell me this when scheduling an appointment? I have no moral, legal, or religious objections to scheduling surgery on a Friday. It was an attempt to blame me for Rastogi constantly getting up. Fifth, gum grafts are meant to cover the exposed roots of your teeth. The plan was to have all my exposed teeth covered. Dr. Rastogi only covered a few exposed teeth when I paid to have all the teeth grafted in one session.
To make matters worse, he did a rush job, and my gums are uneven in my mouth. This means my gums do not look uniform, and some sections are higher than others. It is not the swelling either. Even after my mouth heals, it will not look remotely uniform. I will need to see another periodontist to get the roots of my other teeth covered, and my gums leveled off. In the end, I hold myself responsible for this ordeal. Rastogi initially appeared knowledgeable and educated, which led me to believe in his expertise. However, the suspicious billing practices and lack of professionalism should have been clear indicators of his incompetence. Now, I must seek legal options to get my money back and prevent others from this nightmare. Learn from my mistakes and steer clear of this place! Your future mouth and self will be grateful.

Let me just say that I am absolutely AMAZED with the skill and expertise provided to me at today's appointment!! Dr Rastogi and his ENTIRE team (Angie, Stacy, Tiffany, Shardae, Sherri, and Tricia 💜) were there to ensure my visit was comfortable. As a dental professional, ironically, I am also dental phobic.
My tooth was extracted in under 5 mins and PAIN FREE😁 I highly recommend Waldorf Periodontics and Dental Implants for your dental needs💯
