I had a new crown made and installed to repair some tooth-decay. The process went very smoothly and so far I am happy with the results. One point of departure from experiences I have had with other dentists is the necessary process of "packing" (of string) that takes place before taking an impression and 3-d photo's for the new crown. With other dentists, this was ALWAYS a time-consuming and painful process (typically carried out by the assistants).

In this case, Dr Wallace performed this task and he was truly twice as fast and it was half as painful as any other time I have had a crown made. Either he is more skilled and/or he knows how far he needs to go with this process to get a good image and mold-impression.

I'd been ignoring my oral health since I got out of the service in late 2022. I was in school so Id never had dental insurance. As soon as I got my insurance, I tried to call around to get started, but everywhere I called was full up. Wallace Family Dental helped get me into a slot from a cancelation, and helped me to get back on track.

The staff is incredibly kind and efficient, and are helpful in explaining and answering any questions along the way. Wallace makes the process of getting critical dental care more comfortable for their patients through strong confidence in the staff, as well as great customer service from start to finish. They've helped me get back on my feet in terms of oral health, and I plan to stick with them for all future dental needs.
