I am a new patient to the clinic and I must say I feel they truly care about their patients from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Susan is my hygienist. She is a kind, compassionate person and has a calming way about her that made me feel comfortable throughout my exam.
The dentists are fantastic! I felt safe and cared for the whole time I was there. Thank you!

This dental office is probably the best one I have ever been to. They go above and beyond expectations each and every visit, whether I am having an exam, dental cleaning, partial fitting or filling. Dr. Jackie Serafin Is a thorough, well educated, think outside-the-box type of dentist with a gentle, kind temperament. And she really listens to her patients.
I love that! I have complete confidence in her to take good care of me. I have very sensitive teeth And gums, and she is always very careful not to hurt me during procedures. I really appreciate her empathy and consideration, which is shared by her assistants. Her dental hygienist, Janet, is phenomenal at her job and has an equally wonderful bedside manner. You can just tell that they both care about their patients and offer so many ideas on how to keep your teeth healthy and clean.
I got so many new, innnovative ideas from Janet during my cleaning appointment. She offered several suggestions that will help me adjust to my new partial, as well as minimize my teeth and gum sensitivity. Even the front desk personnel are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I love this office!

Fabulous cleaning! Susan even removed a stubborn piece of cement left by my previous dentist which made flossing challenging. Highly recommend!

We chose to this business due to having the crowns in the same day. I just wanted you to be aware they do NOT do root canals and refer you elsewhere. This becomes time consuming and more time and money to establish at another dentist. This is unfortunate. Other than that, excellent care and service. Updated review. The office takes reviews seriously and immediately contacted to talk about the visit.
They did at that time offer more specialist to contact that may be covered by my insurance to help lessen the burden of me needing to looking to find someone. Updated Review 5/6/25 : we were informed there would be no charge for the consult for a new patient. A bill was received today for my portion being $27. Granted it is only $27; however, I did call today and explained I was informed there would be no fee for the new patient consultation. Today, they stated they submitted to insurance and I am responsible for the remainder. This was not was stated to me nor my daughter when calling before making this appointment. Unfortunately, I must make others aware of this dishonest practice.
Had they stated, yes we did say that and cover the $27 I would not have rated a 1. Please be cautious and aware when they state there is no charge for this consultation. No charge meaning…. we will bill your insurance and you are responsible for the remainder. This is very disappointing and shameful to trick the elderly.
