Warden Market Village Dental Office

Warden Market Village Dental Office is a standout for busy urban families. My wife and I, with two kids in school, love how convenient and caring they are. The office is modern and bright, tucked into the market village—easy to swing by after picking up groceries. Dr. Kim is fantastic; she’s quick with my 8-year-old’s checkup (he hates long waits) but thorough with my wife’s crown work, which looks flawless.

The hygienists are gentle, share great tips, and the front desk nails scheduling around our work hours—even early mornings. They remembered our son’s fear of drills and used a numbing gel without us asking. It’s dental care that fits our fast-paced life without skimping on quality. We’re sticking with them.

First off, let me begin by saying NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST. Both dentists and other staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. They book way too many patients than what they are equipped to handle, with wait times ranging up to 2 hours after your scheduled appointment. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE'S TIME. Be sure to ask for a detailed invoice for everything afterwards as they tend to bill your insurance completely arbitrary amounts in an attempt to milk the most money out of each customer.

Very unethical and will be reported for further investigation. Once again, DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. They do not care about your health and well being, only about milking the most money out of each patient and wasting their time. Save yourself the trouble.

They lied about my cavity. They refused to show me the cavity and lied. I then went to another dentist and they took x rays. There was no cavity at all. Be careful from a fat older lady that is not Asian. She will lie to you about cavities and drill your teeth without showing x-ray or showing you the cavity in the mirror.

She will use codes to communicate with her partner like 3704. Each code stands for something different. In my case, it was to fake the cavity. For over 20 years of my life I've had no cavities, strict no sugar diet, brushing twice a day. All of a sudden this new fat old lady dentist started working and I suddenly have multiple cavities which were all proven false from an x-ray from another dentist. This shady place makes money from tricking chinese families with kids who can't afford to go somewhere else to confirm the cavities.

Please run from this location. The staff in the front is also extremely, unhygienic, terrible odour and rude. It is sad to see a chinese own business trick so many other chinese families and drill their teeth just for some money.

This place is a scam sight, i had a dental card from the government therefore i get free check ups for my teeth. I had years without any cavity’s and mind you I brush twice a day, 6 mins each time. The front lady told us yes it was free but when we came they stole 300$ off of me. Be careful guys, especially elderly because that’s their target audience, they scam you by spamming phone calls to do a check up and then claim you have 4 cavities.

Unbelievable, I told them to stop calling me again, I was too gullible before and I really wish I realized this earlier. Based off these low views we can infer how bad this place is.
