I have gone there for several years, like the staff and had pretty much good experiences until my appointment three weeks ago. At that appointment I had four crowns/caps (I don’t know what the difference is) at a cost of over $5600 after the membership discount. I had swelling of my upper lip by 6:00 that same evening. So much so I was asked questions about who I got into a fight with.

By evening when I had a chance to get to a mirror and look, I found a gash in my upper lip on the left side and what looked like a significant chemical burn across the entire lip. Things were even worse in the morning so I went in to see what happened. Dr Thompson was on a vacation but Karla did her best to reduce my anxiety and frustration. She has been the only one from the clinic to follow up.

During the first week I suffered through the pain of eating and drinking. The shin peeled from the lip at least three times. It is still tender and feels weird three weeks later yet is feeling better. Not impressed!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Thompson in the past and currently Dr. Wickersheim. They both present professionally and do a wonderful job at keeping you calm throughout the entire process.

They both do well at explaining everything and making sure you leave with no questions. The office staff is wonderful and the billing department is a breath of fresh air when it comes to finances. I highly recommend them for anyone of any age.
