My SIL went here to get a consultation for his teeth and they decided on pulling 3 teeth. He only ended up getting 1 pulled and never went back. He says the whole experience was awful and from what he told me it sounded horrible. He first had to wait 2 almost 3 hours to get anything done on him.

After they finally got to him the doctor would numb him and be away for a good bit and by the time he came back he wasn’t numb anymore. The procedure he said was okay but they also did fillings that he wasn’t told about at the consultation. Another thing is that he went to another dentist after he got the first tooth pulled and they told him they he needed 6 teeth pulled not just 2 more. The new dentist took X-rays and compared them to the old ones the other dentist took and his teeth looked the same it just had a tooth missing in the new one.

Now onto the staff, they were also complaining about him going to the restroom too much… also to add the front receptionist seemed miserable and rude. Don’t go here save yourself the time .

I used to come here back when they were actually accommodating for people with pstd and anxiety disorder even after explaining this to the head nurse in charge that I prefer to have somebody sit in with me she basically told me that it was unhygienic for my family member to sit in a chair in the back corner of the room to make me less nervous. Also called for fillings, they didn't even bother doing fillings on my damn teeth just told me they were done with me after only doing x rays on me ?! When I tried to explain, I said, I made this appointment for fillings on this day they didn't care, they told me, I had to call and schedule a new appointment, absolutely disgusting never going back.

I will find a new dentist.

Dentist in young and incompetent ! Acted clueless with fitting me for dentures, then after waiting 3 weeks broke them while trying them in my mouth. Then after they broke them told me to wait an additional 2 weeks to get them back.

Tried to tell me my insurance didn’t cover it and attempted to get $600 from me until I got the insurance company to call them and demand they put it on my insurance! Crazy
