I have read all of the horror stories and I have one before I even went to this dentist. I have called their office 3xs and I left an extremely detailed message that included my email address, best time of day to contact me, and mobile contact. I have never received a return phone call. After what I read regarding this dentistry, I assure you I will never ever patron this establishment. They need to fire the entire front desk staff and the Radiographer (X-ray tech) knows better than to offer diagnostic medical advice.

The ASRT exclusively forbids it and it falls under the category of Scope of Practice and they can be sued for malpractice. I know because I am in school right now studying Radiological Science. SMHRS! So if your dental work was jacked-up and you received medical diagnostic advice from an "xray tech" I would consult a lawyer regarding malpractice. It's called practicing medicine without a license.

My appointment was at 8:00am. I arrived at 7:55am. I waited until 8:27am to be called, only after a white man who walked in literally at 8:25am. I mentioned to the front desk how long I had been there before the man and I was told by one woman behind the desk, that they were getting the room ready for me.

I informed her that I should have been called before the man and the other woman who was behind the desk was shaking her head in agreement with me (because she knew it was wrong) Mind you, I have been to this dentist office several times before but the first time in my hijab. (I’m not saying they are racist, but that’s how it felt, in that moment) I walked out without getting my teeth cleaned and now in search of a new dentist. Very disappointing!

This place is trash. They judge you based on what you bring to the table. I had a toothache and told them I was experiencing extreme, recurring pain. After explaining my issue, they did an X-ray—which I thought was to diagnose and treat the root cause. Instead, they just gave me a cleaning and tried to upsell me on crowns. Next thing I know, they handed me a cost analysis. When I asked what they could do about the actual pain—explaining again that it comes and goes and is sometimes unbearable—the guy just said I could buy over-the-counter painkillers.

Mind you, I have good insurance, but they didn’t listen to anything I had to say. All they cared about was the upsell. After leaving, I did some research and found that there are other ways to treat the root cause of pain. This place is unethical. I’ll be looking for a second opinion elsewhere.

This dental office is AMAZING! New to DC, and in need of emergency dental care. Usually I’m apprehensive and anxious when it comes to dental work. Dr.

Ebbs AND his entire staff were professional and genuinely attentive before, during and AFTER my visit. Very understanding , and made my entire process a pleasant experience from being referred to other just as attentive dental care professionals, to ensuring the follow-up actions were handled. Can’t believe I’m actually looking forward to my next visit! 5 stars easily!
