Dr Rao was absolutely phenomenal, I recommend anyone to this office. They are all so pleasant to deal with. From the receptionists to Dr Rao herself and all the staff in-between.

Everyone was very informative of what was going to happen, what they were doing, answered every question I had, truly cared about you, helped you use your dental insurance to benefit you, and best of all, the quality of work and care that the team put in. I wish I could give more stars to this team. Finally feel comfortable smiling again due to the wonderful people here!

My son told me about Dr. Timothy Killgrove, as I needed dental care because I had a lot of tooth decay following radiation therapy for head and neck cancer. I was a bit worried about the cost due to all my other medical bills, but my son told me about a payment program called Smile Easy that Dr. Killgrove’s office offers. Kara, the office manager, got in touch with me and set up an appointment for me. I was really impressed with Dr. Killgrove and his staff, Cheree a Dental Hygienist and Kristyn a Dental Assistant.

They’re all so professional, kind, compassionate and patient. They always greet me with a warm smile. Kara and Melissa are a big part of Dr. Killgrove’s awesome team, they’re the beginning and end of each appointment. Dr. Killgrove and his team make sure I’m comfortable and pain-free during each appointment. They take the time to explain my dental care plan, which helps me feel less anxious.

Thanks to Dr. Killgrove, I finally have the smile I’ve always wanted. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs dental care. I’m so happy with my experience, and I’m happy to share my positive feelings with others.
